ADHD-COACHING
Unlock Your Child's Potential,
Transform Your Life

Navigating the context of ADHD
Adapting to life after receiving a diagnosis of ADHD, or even a combined diagnosis, can be incredibly challenging. The journey is often filled with uncertainty and confusion as parents seek information that truly applies to their child’s unique situation. You may find that the strategies provided don’t address your child’s specific symptoms, or you’re unsure how to implement the suggested adjustments effectively.

It’s common to struggle with getting the right support from your child’s school, and communication can sometimes be difficult. Your child might be experiencing social difficulties, which can lead to low self-esteem, anxiety, or even depression. Deciding whether to start with medication or rely on non-pharmaceutical adjustments can be overwhelming, and it can be hard to see the positives of having ADHD when you’re dealing with so many challenges.
Your relationship with your child might be suffering as a result of these difficulties. This is where our coaching services can make a significant difference. Coaching can be a highly effective strategy to help you and your child gain control and improve the quality of life for your family and their school environment.
Empowering you and your child to succeed

My creative approach to coaching is designed to tailor adaptations and strategies to meet the specific needs and difficulties of your child. It can help shape their understanding of the diagnosis, allowing them to focus on the advantages of having ADHD and not just loose confidence due to negative feedback. Coaching can help you and your child gain control and ultimately improve your quality of life.

My goal with Mindcraft Coaching is to provide comprehensive support that empowers your child and family to thrive despite the challenges of ADHD. I am here to help you navigate this journey with personalised strategies and dedicated care.
My Services
Below are some of the services I can offer:

Personalised Coaching
Sessions are tailored to your child’s age and specific needs. Due to the nature of ADHD, sessions typically do not exceed 40 minutes, followed by a 10-minute debrief with the parents.
Online and In-Person Sessions
Coaching will start online and we will slowly build up to in-person sessions when the timing is appropriate. In-person sessions may be scheduled at your residence but will be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
Regular Communication
Ongoing support and communication with parents and the child via email or WhatsApp can be arranged (subject to prior agreement and with parental consent for child communication).
School Meeting Support
The possibility to assist in meetings with school officials or leaders of the child’s extracurricular activities to ensure their needs are effectively communicated and addressed.
Tools and Strategies
Resources, to support both the child and parents which can be used at home or at school to help build sustainable habits and routines can be provided.
Individualised Proposals and Reports
Providing detailed observations and recommendations tailored to your child’s progress and needs.

Areas of Focus
My coaching is focused on non-pharmaceutical interventions. I will go through the diagnostic report (providing a formal diagnosis has already been done) and suggest tools and strategies specific to the presentations identified in the report. Some of the areas I will focus on include:

Behaviour Management
Learn useful techniques to manage and reduce unhelpful behaviours and ultimately build positive self-esteem.
Self-Esteem
Establishing a more realistic evaluation of yourself, building confidence and gaining trust.
Parent Training
Build emotional strength and resilience to navigate challenges at home with confidence and build better relationships with your children.
Emotional Regulation
Build emotional strength and resilience to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence.
Social Difficulties
Learn strategies to better navigate difficult social and work situations.
Adaptations For Learning
Tools to make learning more accessible and even exciting for your child. Strategies to support your child and even the teachers in class.
